Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how requests related to digitally delivered management resources are handled. It applies to courses, playbooks, templates, assessments, coaching prompts, dashboards, and similar items delivered by download link, portal access, or license code. Nothing is shipped and nothing is physically returned.

Nature of Digital Delivery
Access to materials is provided electronically after purchase. Most questions are solved by restoring access, providing alternative formats, or clarifying usage steps rather than treating a file as a return. If a link expires, a file is corrupted, or permissions lapse, access can be reissued to the verified purchasing email.

Scope of Use
Digital resources are intended for professional development, team enablement, and internal operations. Typical use includes conducting workshops, running meetings with provided agendas, implementing scorecards or SOPs, and adapting templates to current projects. Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, redistribution of editable masters beyond the licensed team is not permitted.

Compatibility and Formats
Materials are prepared for widely used tools. Where possible, alternatives are available (Google/Microsoft formats, PDF, or CSV imports). If a file will not open or a script requires a blocked feature, support can supply an equivalent format that achieves the same outcome. Captioned videos, high-contrast worksheets, and keyboard-friendly documents can be provided when appropriate.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Purchases
If the same item is purchased more than once in error, the duplicated transaction can be addressed after confirmation of order numbers and the purchasing email. If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, notify support promptly so access credentials linked to the disputed order can be disabled while the situation is reviewed.

Access Issues and Account Security
Please keep order confirmations and download emails. For security, support can only reissue access to the email on the order or to an administrator designated in writing by that account holder. If team membership changes, the purchasing organization should revoke internal access and request updated license assignments.

Changes, Updates, and Revisions
Digital management content evolves in response to tool changes and user feedback. When a product is revised, purchasers receive the latest version for that item. Substantive updates may include reorganized modules, refreshed case examples, expanded Q&A banks, or improved calculators; a brief change log will summarize what changed.

Learning Management Systems and Firewalls
Some organizations restrict external downloads, embeds, or integrations. If an LMS or firewall interferes with access, support can provide whitelisted links, offline packages, or zipped folders for internal upload. Where third-party simulators are referenced, a read-only alternative or screenshots may be supplied to meet the same learning objectives.

Evidence of Use and Professional Judgment
Resources are designed to support managerial practice, not to replace organizational policies, local laws, or independent judgment. Examples, calculators, and dashboards illustrate methods; results depend on accurate inputs, adoption by your team, and factors outside our control. For legal, HR, or tax matters, seek qualified counsel.

What to Include in a Support Request
To speed resolution, include the order number, product title, purchasing email, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. For compatibility concerns, note your operating system, application version, and whether the environment is managed by IT.

Resolution Pathways We Use
Whenever possible, issues are resolved by restoring access, exchanging formats, correcting duplicates, or offering an equivalent resource that meets the same objective. Credits can be placed on an account for later selection where appropriate. Communication will set out the chosen remedy and next steps clearly.

Policy Changes
This document may be updated to reflect new platforms, file types, licensing options, or regulatory guidance. The version posted at checkout applies to management resources delivered digitally.

Team Licenses and Sharing Practices
Most items are licensed for one team or department within the purchasing organization. Store editable masters on a restricted drive, share view-only links with stakeholders, and refrain from posting full files to public repositories, forums, or templates marketplaces. If reorganization or vendor transitions require license reassignment, contact support to update designated administrators and access lists promptly accordingly.
